POST BAR MITZVAH
ALLOWING THE BAR/BAT MITZVAH EXPERIENCE TO THRIVE BEYOND 12 & 13
Geared towards setting a new and desperately needed bar at the infinite heights our young leaders deserve, this program allows the bar/bat mitzvah experience to thrive well beyond the ages of 12 or 13...a process that can evolve and enhance through the rest of our lives.
We are, at the very heart of this program, passionate "bridge builders"...building bridges of inspiration and love between communities, families, ourselves and between the hearts of all those around us. Tikkun Olam (fixing the world) is our goal and mission, and it is the pulse and rhythm upon which the heart of the program beats. Ultimately, we are like a family of people who care about ourselves and others, about what is right and what is wrong, about our present and our future.

A NEW PARADIGM
The junior-high and high school program is a new, dynamic, groundbreaking evolution for post bar/bat mitzvah and high school students. It is a program that flips the paradigm. It sees an evolution from "school" to "business venture" - a creative, hands-on entrepreneurship that allows "student" to become "partner" and "child" to become a true "leader.”
It is revolutionary for the simple fact that the kids/partners are put at the center of this program’s universe. They are empowered to make the decisions that will ultimately affect, in a most powerfully positive and inspiring way, the lives of the people and places we help (including their own), both here and around the world. Our partners will be encouraged to take charge at all levels of operation...from the design and development of curricula to proposals and programming.
